I like that application but I can't build it against evoluion-data-server-1.8.0.
Is there any development at this project?
Thanks for answer and your work Imendio-Team!

I think Richard is hacking on it every now and than and he is using it. I'll make sure he sees this question.

Ah, I haven't noticed that, since I've disabled all the modules expect the application menu one locally here. I'll try to take a look at updating the other modules, unless you are interested in doing that, Krischan :)

What about the implementation of 3rd party modules, or new modules provided by Richard? It seems there is almost no progress in this project, what's a big disaster because it's a wonderful program!
I don't know which distro Richard runs, but the Ubuntu forum is very active, so posting a topic (eg in the Ubuntu Cafe forum) about the gnome-launch-box can't hurt anyone. It's possible another programmer calls in and other people might create more modules.
I hope this project will be improved more and more, but I'm not a programmer, so I can only help you with testing.

The main reason there is no progress (from me) is pretty much that the app does what I need from it, to launch applications.
Ok, thanks for your answer.
Ok, thanks for your answer. Just wondering (I don't know if it's possible), it would be nice to make the plugins for the actionbar (http://raphael.slinckx.net/deskbar/) available for launchbox. Because I use now the launchbox instead of the launchbar, I'd like to see several things added. But I can't write C (or C# or C++, whatever you coded it with).
The plugins 'calulator' and 'google search' would be nice to have. And plugin development should go faster when there is a sort of "standard" to integrate the plugins. So actionbar and launchbox could have the same plugins (although I don't know how much work it is to realize this).
That would indeed be quite
That would indeed be quite nice and a great idea for someone to look into. I'm currently using the launchbar (admittedly because I have been lazy and haven't built the launchbox..)
