Gossip and gnomemeeting

Notice that there are a few short-comings:
- Ekiga still lacks a proper function to get the local VoIP uri; for now it always answer h323.voxgratia.org (an answering machine).
- Gossip doesn't support Jabber disco enough, so it always proposes to place a voip call.
