Ige-mac-bundler

I've been trying to build a GnuCash.app using version 4 of the bundler, but so far without success. In the course of trying to figure out the problem, I ran otool -L on the executable and one of the libraries. I find the installed names on dependencies still point back to the original target directory. I thought ige-mac-bundler was supposed to fix that. Do I misunderstand?

It replaces libraries that are in one of the defined prefixes in the bundle config... is the config available somewhere, so I can take a look?
