Loudmouth release procedure

Hi,
I am new to Loudmouth development and have a few questions:

- How often are the releases for LM made?
- In case I add some code in LM and want to release the same to the community, what is the procedure for the same?
- Is there some place where I can find out when is the next release of LM expected and also what are the features planned for the same?
